About G Suite email aliases
G Suite administrators can create email aliases for a user so they can send and receive email from another address at your domain. This article provides an overview of what email aliases are, what theyre used for, and resources for how to add them.
How it works
Every user in a G Suite account has a primary address for signing in to their account and receiving mail. If a user wants another email address, you can create an email alias for them.
Example: bill@solarmora.com wants a separate email address for sales inquiries. He sets up the email alias sales@solarmora.com. Mail sent to either address goes to Bill's inbox.
You can add up to 30 email aliases for each user at no extra cost. Users must continue to sign in to their G Suite account with their primary address, not their email alias

Delete a user from your organization
This page is for G Suite administrators who manage user accounts for a company, school, or other group, or for Cloud Identity administrators. If you want to delete your own personal Google Account, go here instead.
When a user leaves your organization, you can delete their account. If you're a super admin, you can transfer files and data owned by the user. Files that the user doesn't own are not affected. If you don't transfer the content to another user, the content is deleted.
You can delete one or more users at a time.
New update being released: These instructions describe an updated version of this feature, which is currently rolling out to customers. If your organization’s account doesn’t yet have this update, your interface will appear slightly different.
