Broad match is the default match type that all your keywords are assigned as if you don't specify another match type (exact match, phrase match, or a negative match type).

Broad Match also include relevant matches, this match type may also take into account the following:
Tips: Broad match may be too broad in most cases so you can use the Smart Bidding system which sets a bid for each auction of each query and bids up or down depending on how well the query is likely to perform. You can learn smart bidding with Broad match in Google Article.
Phrase Match
Phrase match works on the meaning of that keyword.
One of the best things about phrase match is it is more flexible than an exact match but is more targeted than the default broad match option, which makes phrase match a better choice compare to exact or broad match.
You can target more audiences with more relevance compare to exact or broad match.
The syntax for phrase match is to put quotes around your keyword, such as “mens shoes”.
Tips: Like Broad match works better with Smart Bidding, same as phrase match works better with regularly working on negative keywords which can improve your quality of sales, leads, calls, or any other target you have set up for your business.
For more info read the Google article about negative keyword match types.
Exact Match
If a user wants complete control over who sees her ad exact match gives if the best choice for them.
Your Ads will only show on searches that are the same meaning or same intent as the keyword.
Exact match is designated with brackets, such as [red shoe].
Tips: The main issue with exact match is it may decrease the flexibility of your keyword match type which might affect on your overall Conversion. So you can use some of your exact match keywords with some phrase match or with broad match.
