Essential: i) M.Tech/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication Engineering or any such discipline related to Animation, Digital Image processing or equivalent with first class AND ii) Two year work experience for B.Tech/MCA in: System Administration, Server Handling, Networking, 3D Animation, 3D Geoinformatics or related area.
Desirable: Experience of work after M.Tech mainly with Knowledge in Linux environment, Experience in handling GIS software including ArcGIS and Satellite Image feature automated extraction, Mathematical Modeling and hands on 3D software packages.
Responsibility ; i. Overall Management of 3D lab ii. Proof of Concept studies iii. Baseline data generation over GIS platform iv. 3D rendering through animation using available software for visual interpretation v. Integrating the modeling outputs to generate futuristic data vi. Demonstration of the facility as and when required vii. Assisting the decision makers, planners and scientists in 3D rendering and interpretation.

Qualification : M.Sc. in Chemistry/Environmental science/Physics/Life Sciences or B.Tech or BE in Environmental/Chemical /Biochemical Engineering
Responsibility : Knowledge and understanding of adsorption processes involved in water purification systems, synthesis of materials and their characterization/ knowledge of microbial degradation.

Position : System Administrator (01 No.)
Remuneration: Rs. 40000/-pm. +HRA as per norms
Age limit: 40 years*
Essential: i. M.Tech/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication Engineering or any such discipline related to data analytics. And
ii. One year work experience in case of M.Tech or three years for B. Tech./MCA in field such as: System Administration, Server Handling, Networking or related area.
Desirable: M.Tech with GATE qualification, knowledge in Linux environment, Experience of handling geospatial data, mathematical Modeling.
Responsibility ; i. Overall System Management of Himalaya Calling Project ii. Baseline data collation, integration over suitable database platform iii. Demonstration of the facility as and when required iv. Assisting the decision makers, planners and scientists as and when required v. Report generation
Position : Data Assistant (05 No.)
Remuneration: Rs. 18000/- +HRA as per norms
Age limit: 30 years*
Essential: · B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science Engineering/Information Technology or any subject related to Computer Science (2 posts)
· First class Master degree in Physics/Chemistry/related subjects (1 post)
· First Class Master Degree in Social Sciences/ related subjects(1 post)
· First Class Master Degree in Geography/ Geology/related subjects (1 post) Desirable:
Experience in Data compilation, database handling, knowledge of DBMS

Position: Web Portal Developer (01 No.)
Remuneration: Rs. 35000/- +HRA as per norms
Age limit: 35 years*
Essential: i. First class M.Tech/B.Tech/MCA degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent (need to produce equivalence certificate) or MCA ii. For M.Tech: At least 1 year of experience in web development in reputed Institute For B.Tech/MCA At least 3 years of experience in web development in reputed Institute
Desirable: i. In depth knowledge of HTMS/CSS, at least one of the programming language: PHP, .NET, Javascript
ii. Adequate knowledge of relational database, sound knowledge of programming language like C, C++, Java and web application development iii. Knowledge of handling Linux, web server
Responsibility : i. To create a dynamic geo web portal for facilitating data presentation, upload and download under different category. ii. To engage proactively in optimizing the design of portal so as to facilitate the users iii. Database connectivity with the front end. iv. To train the stakeholders on operations of portal. v. To be involved in any other such duties as assigned by the Competent Authority/ authorized officer
