THDC India Limited, Tehri Hydro Development Corporation Applications are being accepted in Tehri for ITI Trade Apprentices Training under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, at the Tehri Location of THDCIL. There are 100 posts overall. Candidates may apply up until December 30, 2022.
THDC India Limited is a joint venture between the governments of India and Uttar Pradesh. It was originally known as Tehri Hydro Development Corporation Ltd. For the Power Component, the Equity is split 75:25 between GoI and GoUP. Given the distinctiveness of its design and construction features, Tehri Dam received the prestigious award of "International Milestone Project" from the International Commission of Large Dam (ICOLD) in October 2009 in China.

Educational Qualification - Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and ITI examination (regular) in respective trade
Note: Only Candidates who are the domicile of Uttarakhand are eligible to apply. Only ITI passed (regular candidate) in the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022 from recognized Institutes in the respective trades can apply for the vacancy in the designated trade.
Age Limit - Min. – 18 Years; Max. – 30 Years
Stipend - As per Provisions of Apprentices Act 1961
Training Duration - One year
Selection Procedure - There will be no interview. The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit list-cum-counselling formed on the basis of marks secured in ITI Examination.
How to Apply - Candidates are required to first enroll themselves in the “Apprenticeship Portal” otherwise their application/candidature will not be considered. Please see www.apprenticeshipindia.org after enrolment in the website it is suggested to kindly take the print out of the registration no as received in your email. As it will be required while applying for THDCIL training. After successful online registration candidates are required to submit a hard copy of application form along with all necessary documents with indicating “Application for Trade Apprenticeships 2022” on the envelope and sent by post to the following address:
