Doon University, Dehradun Recruitment 2022: Readvertisement for the post of Junior Research Fellows (JRF)
Applications are invited for the temporary position Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the research project entitled Pranmati Basin Himalayan critical Zone observatory (PBHCZO)- a collaborative project funded by Ministry of Earth Science (MOES) (GOI), New Delhi.
Position: Junior Research Fellows (JRF)
No of Post: 02
Qualification: First class Masters degree in Environmental Science/ allied subject from a recognized university. CSIR/UGC-NET/JRF or GATE qualified
Age limit: Not exceeding 35 yrs on date of submission
Emoluments: 31000 pm +HRA
Duration: The position is for up to June 2024 / co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier. Nature of Duties: Monitoring and assessment of aerosols, Nutrients and other Environmental parameters at Pranmati Basin (Distt Chamoli), data synthesis, report work, etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential: First class Masters Degree in Env. Sciences/ allied subject with working experience of Environmental pollution study. CSIR/UGC-NET/JRF or GATE qualified
Desirable: Proficiency in computers, designing of statistical models & experience in equipment handling, field experience of working in mountains. Candidates possessing the requisite qualifications may send their applications through
