Recruitment of Medical Officer, Lab Technician, ANM in Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC) Department of Community and Family Medicine, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh
Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC) is scheduled to be set up under joint collaboration of AIIMS Rishikesh and National Health Mission, Government of Uttarakhand in urban area of Rishikesh. Manpower has to be recruited for this purpose on contractual basis,
with following posts.

Qualification - Essential:
1. MBBS (Recognized Medical College) registered with State Medical Council / MCI .
Desirable:
1. 2 year experience of working at PHC / CHC /Wellness Centre / UPHC will be preferred.
Pay/ month (Approx.) - Rs.60000

Name of the Post - Lab Technician (01 post) ( UR-1)
Qualification - Essential:
1. A recognized Diploma in Lab Technology and registered with State Para Medical Council
Desirable:
1. Ability to enter data in MS excel.
2. Experience of 2 years with working at an any Laboratory at Hospital/ primary health center.
3. Hands on experience in office applications, MS Word, spread sheets and presentations
Pay/ month (Approx.) - Rs.12000

Name of the Post - ANM 01 Post (SC-1 )
Qualification - Essential:
1. Nurse with suitable degree / diploma in nursing registered with state nursing council or equivalent.
Desirable:
1. Experience of 2 years working at Hospital/PHC/CHC
2. Ability to enter data in MS excel.
1. Hands on experience in office applications, MS Word, spread sheets and presentations
Pay/ month (Approx.) - Rs.12000
Note: -
· Method of recruitment may be Written exam / Interview or both
· The Selected candidate will have to join within 5 days of declaration of results.
· It is NOT a permanent employment with AIIMS Rishikesh.
· The posts are purely on contract basis; the contract will be for a period of 6 months initially which is renewable on Satisfactory performance basis for the duration of project.
· NO claim for any other regular post in AIIMS Rishikesh shall be entertained.
· Employee Performance Indicator will be applied as per NHM guideline.
· Urban Primary Health Center (UPHC) / Wellness Healthcare Center will be near slum area; service needs to be provided in slum outreach area.
· Candidate should be willing to work in slum area with outreach program in this community.
· Candidate must bring completely filled application form.
· Incomplete applications or applications received after due date will not be considered.
· No TA/ DA will be paid for the interview.
· Experience should have been gained after acquiring minimum essential qualification.
· Qualification, experience, other terms and conditions may be relaxed/ altered at the discretion of Director AIIMS Rishikesh / Recruitment Committee
· No other allowance/ facilities other than consolidated salary shall be admissible.
· Decision of Recruitment Committee will be final.
· Submission of wrong or false information during the process of selection shall disqualify the candidature at any stage.
· If performance of the appointee is not found satisfactory by the Nodal Officer UPHC, appointment can be terminated at any time without any prior notice/compensation.
· The appointee may be relieved from the current job position, by serving one-month prior
notice, if the notice period is less than 1 month, amount equal to salary of month will have to be deposited for relieving certificate.
· Reservation policy will be applied as per Government of India rules.
· Certificate of reservation will be accepted as per Government of India norms.
· Applicants must fill up all the columns with all credential attached with application form.
